AI Lead Generation
Describe who you sell to. An AI agent finds the companies, works out who to talk to, and returns verified work emails — with the evidence behind each one, so you know why it believes an address is real before you send anything.
The ways people actually build a list
Prospecting is not one motion. These are the shapes the agent handles, and each one produces the same thing at the end: companies, people, verified addresses, and the reason to believe them.
By industry and geography
The classic list: a trade, a region, a size band. The agent works from open sources and local registers rather than a stale purchased file.
Lookalikes from a customer
Point at a company you already sell to well and get companies that resemble it — same shape, same problems, same buying committee.
From a buying signal
A hiring post, a funding round, a new location, a technology on the site. The signal is the reason to reach out, and it is kept with the lead.
Contacts on a known domain
You have the company, you need the person. The agent finds the role, derives and verifies the address, and tells you how sure it is.
Enrichment of a list you own
Bring your own companies and have the agent fill in what is missing: size, sector, site, the right contact, a current email.
Re-verification
Lists rot. The agent re-checks addresses you already have and tells you which ones have gone stale rather than letting you find out by bouncing.
How it works, in three steps
- 1
Describe your ideal customer
Sector, size, geography, or simply a company you already sell to. The more specific the shape, the tighter the list.
- 2
The agent hunts and verifies
It finds matching companies from open sources, identifies the right role, derives the work email, and checks it — keeping the evidence for each step.
- 3
Review the evidence, then act
Every lead shows where it came from and how confident the agent is. Keep what holds up, and let the agent write the outreach from the same context.
Why this beats buying a list
A purchased list is a snapshot of somebody else’s crawl, priced per row. The difference is not volume — it is whether you can see why any given row is there.
| Bought lists | Veii agent | |
|---|---|---|
| Freshness | A crawl from some earlier quarter | Found and verified when you ask, and re-checkable later |
| Why this lead | A row in a CSV, no reason attached | The source and the signal are kept with the lead |
| Email confidence | A single "valid" flag, or nothing | A confidence score with the evidence that produced it |
| Targeting | Whatever filters the vendor exposes | A description in your own words, including odd criteria |
| Bad addresses | You discover them by bouncing | Flagged before you send; catch-all domains are called out |
| What happens next | Export and hope | The same agent writes and sequences the outreach |
Who this is for
Founders doing their own sales
Early on you are the sales team, and the expensive part is not sending — it is deciding who is worth sending to. Describe the customer you want more of and get a list you can defend, one lead at a time.
We sell inventory software to independent hardware stores. Find 50 independent hardware retailers in the Pacific Northwest with a working website, and for each the owner or general manager with a verified email.
Small sales teams
Two or three reps cannot afford a week of list building per quarter. Hand the shape of the territory to an agent, get it back with evidence attached, and spend the week on conversations instead.
Build a Q4 territory list: European manufacturing companies with 100–500 employees that mention ISO 9001 on their site. I need the quality or operations lead at each, verified email, and flag anyone with an open job post in quality.
Agencies and consultancies
You pitch a narrow kind of client, repeatedly. Once the agent knows the shape, rebuilding the list for a new city or a new vertical is one sentence rather than a new project.
We do brand work for boutique hotels. Find independent hotels with 20–80 rooms in Portugal whose website looks more than five years old, and give me the owner or marketing lead with a verified email.
Frequently asked questions
What is AI lead generation?
It is using an AI agent to do the research half of prospecting: finding companies that match the customer you describe, working out who inside them owns the decision, and producing a work email you can actually use. The value is not just the list — it is that the agent keeps the evidence for each lead, so you can tell a strong one from a guess.
Is the lead generation tool free?
Yes. Veii runs on free-tier models and free, open data sources, so building and verifying a list costs you nothing, and there is no credit card at signup.
Where do the leads come from?
Open, public sources: company websites, open business registers, map and directory data, public job posts and published pages. The agent records which source produced each fact, so every lead can be traced back rather than taken on faith.
How are email addresses verified?
Addresses are derived from a company’s real naming pattern and then checked, and each one carries a confidence score built from the evidence behind it. Catch-all domains — where a server accepts everything and proves nothing — are marked as such instead of being passed off as verified.
Can it find contacts at a company I already know?
Yes. Give it a domain and the role you want and it will identify the person, derive the address, verify it, and show you how confident it is and why.
Can I bring my own list to enrich?
Yes. Give the agent the companies you already have and it fills in what is missing — size, sector, the right contact, a current verified email — and can re-check addresses that have gone stale.
Is this GDPR compliant?
The agent works from public business information and business contact details, which is the ordinary basis for B2B outreach, and it keeps the provenance of every fact so you can answer where data came from. Compliance also depends on how you use it: your legal basis, your notice, and honouring opt-outs are yours to get right. Nothing here is legal advice.
What happens after I have the list?
It lands in your workspace, where the same agents can score the leads, write outreach in your brand voice, and run a sequence — with reply detection that stops the follow-ups. You are not exporting a CSV into a different tool.
