A no becomes a call-back
Mark the offer as lost, pick the reason and when to get back in touch: in 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The task creates itself.
Customer relationships
Contacts and companies with everything you have said to each other: notes, emails, calls, meetings and to-dos. Every morning you know who to call back, a prospect who did not sign comes back when you decide, and a contract about to end reopens the deal a month ahead.

Offer lost in May · reason: price
The problem
Calls on a phone, emails in whoever wrote them’s inbox, notes on a sheet: a customer’s history lives nowhere.
A “let’s talk in September” lives only in the memory of whoever said it, and in September nobody calls.
An unsigned offer gets archived. Six months later the budget and the people have changed, but nobody remembers.
The contract ends and you notice when the customer has already picked another supplier.
The result
Customers called back late, offers never picked up again, and renewals lost without even a conversation.
What it does
Open tasks and meetings grouped into overdue, today, this week and later: yours or the whole team’s. The ones due today also arrive as a notification.
Every person with role, phone, company and where things stand; every company with its people, its deals and its phase: customer, open deal or lost.
Log every touch in one click, with date and time. What you write on a person also shows on their company and on their open deal, with who wrote it and when.
When you mark an offer as lost you pick the reason and when to reach out again: in 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, on a set date or never. The task books itself and the offers not accepted stay in sight.
Mark the deal as won and the company is in Sales’ Customers right away, with its details: the invoice starts there.
On the won deal you set when the contract ends. A month before, the CRM opens the renewal deal by itself, books the task and lets you know.

And more, with VEII
Mark the offer as lost, pick the reason and when to get back in touch: in 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The task creates itself.
Set the end date on the won contract: a month before, the CRM opens the renewal opportunity and lets you know.
A won opportunity puts the company among the Sales customers, ready to invoice; agents update the history with your permissions.
How it works
Pick the right people from Hunter’s Found, or import your own contacts from a CSV.
Every call, email, meeting or note goes on the contact in one click, and shows on their company too.
Every morning, To do tells you who to call back today and what has fallen behind.
Won: the company becomes a customer and the renewal is already set. Lost: you choose when to try again.
VEII, the boost for your company
The cost of waiting
Hunter finds: it looks for new companies and people, with the source of every fact, and drafts the first message. The CRM keeps: the people you actually work with, their companies, everything you have said and what is left to do. A contact moves from Hunter’s Found to the CRM when you pick it.
No. You can import your contacts from a CSV and work in the CRM alone. With Hunter, though, every person arrives with their company already read: sector, website, registry data and sources.
The CRM follows people and companies, Sales follows the money: deals, quotes, invoices and payments. The two talk to each other: activities land on the deal, and a won deal creates the customer in Sales.
Yes. An agent reads a contact’s history, adds notes, changes status, owner and next step, and helps you answer whoever wrote in, with the same permissions you have.
Today the CRM is included in every VEII workspace. It switches on and off together with Hunter in Settings → Apps: switching it off hides it but deletes nothing, and when you switch it back on your contacts, companies and activities are as you left them.
