Extensions and limits from memory
Six extensions, twenty-four months, the stated reasons: the limits are checked by hand, assignment by assignment.
For Italian staffing agencies
Quotes, workers, assignments, timesheets and invoices live in different sheets and programs, and a forgotten extension is expensive. Staffing keeps the whole agency workflow together: the quote on the CCNL becomes an assignment, the hours the client approves become an invoice, and every deadline arrives in time.

The problem
Every assignment brings a contract, hours to collect, an invoice to issue and filings with a fixed date. When the pieces sit in different places, something slips.
Six extensions, twenty-four months, the stated reasons: the limits are checked by hand, assignment by assignment.
Hours arrive from the client by email or on paper, then get retyped and checked again before payroll and invoicing.
What a client earns you is found out afterwards, once a quote under the minimum or an unbilled hour has already gone by.
UniSomm by the 20th of the next month, worker documents, DURC: every duty has its own date and its own folder.
The result
Retyped hours, late invoices and deadlines discovered once they have passed.
What it does
Each step starts from the data of the one before: nothing to retype between programs, and the agency’s rules always in sight.
Level, pay, surcharges and hourly cost worked out on your collective-agreement catalogue. A quote under the minimum shows at once, and those outside the rules wait for a manager’s approval.
Every assignment with its history of extensions and warnings on the legal limits before you sign. Contracts come out of your own templates, already filled in.
Hours day by day from a file, shifts or clock-ins. At month end the client approves or disputes each worker from a link, with no account.
Approved hours and extra charges become one draft invoice per client in Sales. The trend shows margin and anomalies month by month.
UniSomm filings, worker documents and deadlines worked out from each assignment, with the XML file ready to upload and a reminder before the cut-off.
Hours go to your payroll software as CSV or in the Zucchetti layout; payslips and CU certificates come back and reach each worker through a personal link.
How it works
Load the collective-agreement levels you use and set minimum margins, approval thresholds and branches.
Records from a file or one by one; candidates also come in from Prescreening in one click.
The approved quote becomes an assignment, with the contract generated from your template.
Every month: hours, the client’s approval, the payroll export and a draft invoice.
Extensions, assignment ends and filings reach the bell before their date.
Veii, the boost for your company
Staffing doesn’t live alone: it receives the candidates, writes the invoices and uses the documents of the workspace’s other apps.
No: payroll stays in your payroll software. Staffing exports the hours as CSV or in the Zucchetti layout, then collects payslips and CU certificates and hands them to each worker through a personal link.
It prepares the notice’s XML file, validated against the ministry’s schema, and reminds you of the deadline. Sending it on the portal stays with the agency, which then records the protocol number and receipt.
Staffing flags extensions, durations and stated reasons against the limits you configure, but it does not replace your labour consultant: the rules must be confirmed for your contract.
No. They get one link a month, see their workers’ hours and approve or dispute each one by typing their name. Absences appear without their cause.
Only agency staff with the right role. AI agents can read assignments and deadlines but not write, and medical fitness certificates are never uploaded.
Included in your workspace
Switch Staffing on in Settings → Apps, load your collective-agreement catalogue and create the first quote: assignments, timesheets and invoices start from there.
