AI Booking Page
Say what the meeting is and when you are free. An AI agent creates a public booking page you can send to anyone — they pick a slot that is genuinely open against your calendar, in their own timezone, without creating an account.
What people set these up for
A booking link solves one narrow, expensive problem: the four emails it takes to agree on a time. These are the situations where those four emails happen most.
Intro and discovery calls
The link goes in the email signature and in the outreach, so an interested reply becomes a booked slot instead of a scheduling thread.
Client office hours
A fixed window each week that clients book into themselves, which keeps support out of the rest of your calendar.
Interview scheduling
Candidates pick their own slot across a hiring window, in their own timezone, without a coordinator in the middle.
Advisory and consultation slots
Paid or unpaid sessions of a fixed length, offered only in the hours you actually want to be interrupted.
Split daily availability
Mornings and late afternoons but not the middle of the day. Several windows per day are described in the same sentence.
A short-lived link
A booking page for one hiring round or one launch week, made in a sentence, rather than a permanent tool to maintain.
How it works, in three steps
- 1
Describe the meeting and your hours
What it is called, how long each slot is, which days and hours, and in which timezone. One sentence is enough.
- 2
The agent creates the public page
You get a shareable link. Free slots are computed against your connected calendar and any bookings already confirmed.
- 3
Someone books, and it lands in your calendar
The visitor picks a slot in their own local time with no account, and the confirmed booking becomes a real calendar event.
Why this beats agreeing a time by email
The cost of scheduling is not the meeting, it is the thread before it: three or four messages, across timezones, to land on a slot that was open the whole time.
| Email back-and-forth | Veii booking page | |
|---|---|---|
| Messages to agree a time | Typically three or four, over a day or two | None — they pick from what is genuinely free |
| Timezones | Someone converts by hand, and someone gets it wrong | The visitor sees slots in their own local time |
| Double bookings | Possible whenever two threads run in parallel | Slots are computed against your calendar and bookings |
| What the other side needs | Patience | A link — no account, no signup, no app |
| Setting it up | Nothing to set up, and that is the problem | One sentence to an agent, then a link you can send |
| Cost | Free, but paid for in elapsed days | Free, including the booking page itself |
Who this is for
Founders selling their own product
Every hour between an interested reply and a booked call is an hour for interest to cool. A link in the signature turns a warm reply into a slot on the calendar the same minute.
Create a booking page for 30-minute product demos, Monday to Thursday 15:00 to 19:00 Rome time. Call it "Product demo" and give me the link so I can put it in my email signature and my outreach sequences.
Consultants and freelancers
You sell hours, so protecting the ones you do not sell matters as much. Publish only the windows you actually want to be interrupted in and let people book themselves into those.
Make a booking page called "Consultation" with 45-minute slots, only Tuesday and Thursday, 09:00 to 13:00 in Europe/Lisbon. I do not want anything in the afternoons or on Mondays.
Small teams doing their own hiring
Coordinating twenty interviews by email is a part-time job nobody was hired for. Publish the hiring window once and let candidates place themselves inside it.
We are running interviews for the next three weeks. Create a booking page for 60-minute interviews, Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00 London time, so I can send one link to every candidate.
Frequently asked questions
How does an AI booking page work?
You describe the meeting in a sentence — what it is called, how long, which days and hours, which timezone — and the agent creates a public page at its own link. Anyone with the link sees only slots that are genuinely free against your calendar, picks one, and the confirmed booking becomes a real event.
Is the booking page free?
Yes. Creating booking pages is free and there is no charge per page, per booking or per seat, and no credit card at signup. Unlike most scheduling tools there is no paid tier gating the basic ability to publish a link.
Do I need to connect a calendar?
Yes — Google Calendar has to be connected, because free slots are computed by subtracting your existing events from the availability you described. Without it the agent cannot tell an open hour from a busy one, so it will ask you to connect Calendar in settings rather than publish a page that double-books you.
Does the person booking need an account?
No. They open the link, see the open slots in their own local timezone, and book. No signup, no app, no account — which matters because every step you add between an interested person and a booked slot loses some of them.
How is this different from Calendly?
Calendly is a dedicated scheduling product and does more: payments, routing forms, round-robin across a team, many calendar integrations. This is one tool inside a workspace, created by describing it rather than configured in a form, and free. If you need team round-robin or to take payment at booking, Calendly is the better fit.
Can I have different hours on different days?
Yes, including several windows in the same day. Mornings on some days and late afternoons on others is described in the same sentence you would use to explain it to a colleague, rather than assembled in a weekly grid.
What happens when someone books?
The slot is confirmed, a real event is created on your calendar, and that time stops being offered on the page. Because the page recomputes against your calendar, an event you add by hand later also removes the slot.
Publish your booking link
Create a free workspace, connect your calendar, and describe your availability in one sentence. Send the link the same minute instead of proposing three times by email.
