Where the data comes from

Only from places where a company, or the state, has published it about the company:

• The company's own website: contact and team pages, structured data, the addresses and numbers it links, its security.txt.
• Public registers: the EU VAT register, domain registries, and national business registers where they are open.
• Public directories, maps and notices: OpenStreetMap and Overture Places, public tender awards, job postings, and the summaries review platforms publish.
• The Internet Archive, for pages a company has stopped publishing, and public code commits at the company's own domain, only from repositories the company itself links.
• Archives of business-contact records we have licensed. These are kept as old, unverified claims, dated as such, and never presented as fact.
• What a workspace member types or imports by hand.

What we refuse

• Data-breach corpora and breach-lookup services, in any form.
• People-search sites and data-broker dumps.
• Personal social accounts as a source of addresses.
• Italian certified mail (PEC). A PEC address is a legal instrument, not a marketing channel, and is never contacted.
• Guessing dressed as knowledge. An address constructed from a company's naming pattern is labelled as a construction and weighs least.

How we describe what we know

There is no “verified” in this product. Every fact carries the evidence it rests on, with a link to the source, and is graded strong, fair or thin by that evidence. A workspace member can see why each claim is there and when it was last confirmed, and can dispute it. A disputed record is capped until the dispute is settled.

Outreach

• Email is sent only from a mailbox the workspace connects, never from ours.
• Every message carries an unsubscribe link, honoured at once.
• A reply stops the sequence. If replies cannot be detected, nothing is sent.

How to be left out

If you appear in such data and would rather not, use the removal form on our data deletion page. No account is needed. The request is applied immediately, to every workspace, and everything stored about you is purged. We keep only a one-way fingerprint of what you enter, so the same record cannot be collected again, and you receive a reference number to keep.
