Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete the personal data Veii holds about you, including any data obtained from a connected Facebook Page or Instagram account.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself (immediate)

  • Disconnect a social account: go to Settings → Workspace and disconnect the connected Facebook or Instagram integration. The stored access tokens are deleted immediately and we stop accessing that account.
  • Delete your whole account: go to Settings and choose to delete your account. Your profile is soft-deleted at once and removed from public view; full deletion of your associated data completes within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email adam@veii.ai from the address associated with your account (or tell us the connected Facebook/Instagram handle) and ask us to delete your data. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Access tokens and connection details for your Facebook Page and Instagram account.
  • Any scheduled posts, drafts and social content associated with your account.
  • Your profile and account data (subject to the retention notes below).

Some records may be retained in anonymized form, or where required by law. Content already published to Facebook or Instagram lives on those platforms — delete it there, or via your Meta account settings.

Not a user? Remove yourself from prospecting data

Workspaces on this platform can research companies and the people who publicly represent them — from company websites, public registers and business directories. If you are one of those people and would rather not be, ask here. The request is applied immediately, to every workspace, and stops the same data being collected about you again.

Optionally, your name and the company you are listed at, so a record without your address is removed too.

A name is only matched together with a company website.

We keep only a one-way fingerprint of what you enter, so the same record cannot come back, and no copy of the address or the name. You will see a reference number to keep.
