想想你每天是如何接触到 AI 的。很少是因为你主动打开浏览器标签去和机器人聊天。相反,是因为 Google Gemini 劫持了你的 Gmail 撰写框,Microsoft Copilot 悬停在你的 Word 文档上方,而 Apple Intelligence 正在总结你的群聊。我们每天都在使用 AI,是因为它已经殖民了我们的文本框。
从用户体验(UX)的角度来看,这种强行整合有利有弊。一方面,将摘要工具直接内置到浏览器或电子邮件客户端中确实很有用,能节省宝贵的微秒时间。但另一方面,目前这批日常使用的 AI 工具显得极其懒惰。几乎所有工具的默认界面仍然是聊天侧边栏。必须输入提示词才能让工具开始工作,这并不是好的用户体验,而是界面设计的失败。
要想让 AI 真正配得上这种日常使用率的飙升,我们需要超越聊天框。我们不需要另一个问“今天我能帮您做点什么?”的助手。我们需要的是具备上下文感知能力的、隐形的智能体,它们能够代表我们行事,而不需要我们写上一大段指令。
日常使用率翻倍是分发渠道的巨大胜利,但绝非产品设计的凯歌。眼下,我们之所以容忍这些平庸、硬塞进来的 AI 功能,只是因为它们很方便。但如果开发者不尽快开始构建直观的、智能体化的界面,用户疲劳就会显现,而那 19% 的日常使用率数据可能很快就会显得像是一个暂时的峰值。

I agree that the chat sidebar interface is outdated, but don't you think some users still prefer the control and flexibility of typing prompts, even if it's not perfect UX?
That's fair, the *idea* of granular control is appealing. But when you're spending more time crafting the prompt than actually getting useful output, is it really 'control' or just a very verbose, inefficient workflow?
