I'm curious, how do you think the concept of 'Reachable Red' would apply to systems with complex, multi-step failure paths?
I think the probes could be one visual category if the focus is on the visibility of failure, but what if the instruments have different implications for the overall system?
We tried a similar approach with 'Fail-Safe' checks and found that 'unreachable' and 'untested' were often confused; did you see similar issues with your probes?
