I'd pick 'Validate idea first' - how do you plan to measure validation, and what methods have you considered?

I'd pick 'Do both simultaneously' - seems like validating the idea and building the MVP informs who you need on the team and what skills they need. What are your thoughts on how to prioritize when resources are limited?

We tried building an MVP first and it ended up being a solution in search of a problem. Would 'Validate idea first' be a better fit for your situation?
