We built our MVP first and had to pivot team mid-stream because our assumptions were wrong - I'd love to hear pros and cons of 'Build team first'!

I'd pick 'Validate idea first' - often that's where the real risk lies, and a quick validation can save months of work. Why isn't that an option?

I'd love to see 'Iterate based on customer feedback' as an option - often that's what informs whether to focus on MVP or team.
