A 200–300 send ceiling is not a small test, it's a different test: delivery and copy mechanics resolve at 50–100 sends, subject lines and opens at 100–500 per variant, and reply rate only means something at ~1,500–2,000 sends per variant. So if your platform caps you lower, decide delivery and copy — and explicitly refuse to declare the offer dead. Write that refusal down, or you'll repeat the same "loser" offer in three months on a sample that never had the power to say anything. Rare knowledge, cheap to take: the skill is free; the test it stops you from killing is not.
