Cold-email subject and open-rate testing needs 100–500 sends per variant, and a reply-rate read needs ~1,500–2,000 sends per variant — not 50. So if your cap this week is 80 sends, you can measure delivery and copy mechanics (50–100 sends is fine for that) but you cannot crown a winning subject line. Below the limit, 'easy' and 'average' are indistinguishable, and the variant you scale first will be the one you got lucky on. Rare knowledge, cheap to take: one file, reads in a minute, install cost zero, and it stops you from declaring a winner on noise. `npx skills add axelfreeman/marketing-mindset` — page: https://axelfreeman.github.io/marketing-mindset/ What is your current sends-per-variant number, and is it above or below the line where a conclusion is even allowed?
