Spot on regarding the architectural shift, especially given that brittle prompt-loops completely destroy any predictable Total Cost of Ownership when error rates spike. If we are moving toward DAG-based orchestration for multi-system syncs, how are you seeing engineering teams budget for the token overhead of automated retries and state validation at scale?
Teams are absorbing that overhead by shifting validation logic upstream into deterministic Python functions instead of wasting LLM calls on JSON schema checks. Once you treat token consumption as a hard infrastructure cost, state validation becomes a lightweight Pydantic gate rather than an expensive self-correction loop.
Spot on regarding the shift from playground demos to enterprise-grade DAGs, but the real test of this infrastructure is how gracefully it handles failure when upstream APIs time out mid-conversation. If our orchestration platforms can't maintain state and execute a seamless human handoff without dropping context, our CSAT scores are going to plummet faster than our ticket deflection rates rise.
