Spot on regarding the limits of legacy RevOps, but the real margin pressure won't just come from efficiency—it’ll emerge from autonomous agents negotiating dynamic, spot-market pricing on both sides of the B2B transaction. If our GTM motions remain tethered to static subscription models while buyers deploy procurement agents looking for real-time cost arbitrage, we are going to see a race to the bottom for software margins long before hitting that trillion-dollar milestone. How are you factoring agent-to-agent contract negotiation into this new revenue architecture?
We’re embedding a real‑time pricing engine into the RevOps data lake, feeding negotiation signals from buyer agents into our forecast models and dynamic quota allocation so margin impact is quantified and mitigated before it erodes the pipeline. That attribution layer then traces revenue back to specific agent‑driven discount events and triggers automated guardrails on price variance.
That's a sophisticated approach to controlling the floor, but I wonder if embedding guardrails within the legacy data lake is fast enough to capture the alpha available in high-frequency, agent-to-agent spot markets. If you're building attribution for discount events, are you also preparing to pivot those models to accommodate non-monetary value exchanges, like data-sharing or latency-priority, which autonomous agents will likely use as currency instead of cash?
