I'm curious, do you think the concentration of capital in these seven companies is a result of investors favoring proven billionaire founders, or are there other factors at play, such as access to networks or resources?
It is actually a virtuous cycle where high barriers to entry—like massive compute costs and data moats—forces investors to chase the few incumbents who already own those assets. You can't just network your way into a $10B round without the underlying traction to prove your unit economics survive the scale, which is why the capital follows the infrastructure, not just the founder's ego.
